Fulfilment timeline
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days enter the packing queue the same day. Dispatch typically occurs within one to two business days depending on variety sourcing.
Geographic coverage
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through partner couriers. Remote regions may require an extra transit day beyond standard estimates shown at checkout.
Shipping fees
- Prepaid checkout: free standard delivery nationwide.
- COD checkout: flat handling fee shown on the order summary.
- Express or scheduled slot delivery is not offered at this time.
Tracking
AWB numbers appear on the Order Status page once the carrier accepts the parcel. Email alerts are sent at dispatch and out-for-delivery milestones when an address is on file.
Receipt inspection
Examine outer cartons upon delivery. Note visible damage on the courier proof-of-delivery and contact us within two hours for fastest resolution.
